Santa's Grotto Booking Info
Booking Capacity:
- Each time slot can accommodate up to 6 people.
- This includes 4 children and 2 free adults.
Larger Groups:
- If you have more than 4 children, please book additional time slots.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Arrival:
- You’ll be greeted by one of Santa’s workshop elves.
- They’ll share fun stories about their preparations for Christmas.
Inside the Grotto:
- Step into Santa’s Cottage Grotto.
- Santa will be waiting in his chair to meet your children.
- Children can share their Christmas wish list and find out if they’re on the naughty or nice list.
After the Visit:
- Each child receives a gift from Santa and a certificate.
- There will be a photo opportunity.
- You can purchase photo gifts before exiting back into Westwood Cross.
Please Note:
We kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes before your booked timeslot.
We always do our very best to keep Santa's schedule running on time. However, as this is a busy event there may occasionally be some delays, particularly during peak weekends and half-term. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, such as traffic, parking difficulties or families arriving late.
If there is a delay, please bear with us, we will try to keep the queue moving as quickly as possible, while ensuring every child has a special visit with Santa.
As the queue will be outside, please ensure you are dressed for the weather.
The address for Westwood Cross Shopping Centre is as follows: 23 Margate Rd, Westwood, Broadstairs CT10 2BF. The Grotto is located outside of Primark.
