No, all tickets are non-refundable.
The tickets will be emailed to you via a QR code. On arrival an Elf will scan your ticket for entry. We can also check bookings manually on the door. Any issues finding your tickets please email us via the contact details at the bottom.
The Grotto is fully accessible for Wheelchair users. Both the entrance and exit have a ramp and the queue system is on flat ground. Push chairs are also permitted in the Grotto. If anyone in your group has special requirements please let an Elf know upon arrival at the grotto.
No! Adults are not required to purchase a ticket when visiting with a paid child. However if an adult wishes to visit without a child you are able to purchase a ticket. (Non paying adults will not receive a gift from Santa).
Yes! When you visit your group can pose for a professional photo. These are available to buy in the gift shop when exiting the grotto. Package details can be found under 'photo packages' and these can be added when purchasing your tickets. Should you wish to take your own photo this is also permitted.
Please check your photos before leaving the grotto, as all photo packages are non refundable. Re-admittance isn't allowed unless you book another visit.
Yes! All paying guests receive a Small gift from Santa & a Nice Certificate, which will be age appropriate.

Yes! Although booking is highly recommended, you can purchase tickets and photo packaged with card payment or cash, subject to availability.
Due to health and safety unfortunately we are unable to allow children to sit on Santa's lap or hold small babies.
